After 14 years in her dream job with the aviation industry, navigating the skies with two international award winning prestigious airlines, her journey took an unexpected turn when she left all that behind for a marriage that made her return back to Malaysia.
She joined a corporate company for a brief period but behind the façade of success, Sasha's world was unraveling. The strains of a failing marriage intertwined with the relentless demands of her job, cast shadows of anxiety and depression, which eventually led to physical illness and surgery.

She has been training under Giten Tonkov, Prema McKeever & Nisarga Dobosz in the modality of Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System.
Besides being a Trauma Release Breathwork Facilitator, Alex is also a certified massage therapist, Pranic healer, sound healer & crystal healer.
