OhanaJo is an award winning wellness space where like-minded souls can experience mind-body healing whether it is through a daily meditation, yoga or sound healing session or transformational workshop. It is a heart-based space where you can slow down with mindfulness, release your daily stresses or come into a state of deep relaxation and inner calm. In a fast paced era of modern day distractions, OhanaJo represents a sanctuary for the senses to help bring us back home to ourselves.

Right environment & setting for my 1st yoga class. I figure it's the perfect way to counter the nerve pulls & cramps post long hours at work. On a long term basis the stretching & breath control would be a good way to begin a consistent healthy lifestyle. The singing bowl session to end the class was the cherry on the cake. I have been searching for quality Yoga, Sound and Energy Healing courses in the city of Kuala Lumpur for quite some time, and I felt immensely grateful when I discovered OhanaJo. The Reiki course led by JoJo and Michael was truly exceptional - I learned so much from their expertise and guidance. They were supportive, kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and yet remained humble throughout. A great course, well-organized and uniquely structured…..I am also grateful to have done this course alongside a small group of nice and kind individuals, and last but not least super thankful to Ina for the delicious and nourishing lunch. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in energy healing.
Attended yin Yang yoga and sound healing. The whole session was very therapeutic, yoga class was manageable and love how the instructor suggest variations according to your capabilities. Ended with nice sound healing session that is really relaxing. Would return!

I had a morning sound bath session with Gaya. The serene atmosphere and soothing music helped me unwind and feel centered. There were props provided, such as blocks, mat and cushion.The space was well-maintained, with clean and tidy facilities. The mats were freshly sanitized and ready for use. I also appreciated the refreshing drinking water available in the kitchen area.The sound system was excellent, and I enjoyed the calming music during the session. The ambient lighting created a peaceful ambiance that added to the experience.Overall, I would highly recommend Gaya's yoga classes to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Just had my first meditation session and it was exceptional! The studio atmosphere was superbly relaxing and the instructor was friendly and insightful, guiding us with ease. The sound bath was an amazing highlight—totally therapeutic. Looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend for a rejuvenating experience.🙇🏻♀️
