As an Accredited Rebirth Breathwork Coach, Michael has a unique talent for creating transformative breathing sessions that help people release deep-seated tension, stress, and trauma stored within their bodies.

SALAF:

Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Salaf developed a deep connection with the spiritual practices of Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism, forming the foundation of his spiritual journey. He began with Reiki, which awakened his intuition and sense of gratitude. To share his insights with others, he embraced Oracle Card Reading, offering guidance to those in need.

Salaf further expanded his healing practices by becoming certified in sound healing, using deep instruments and Buddhist-inspired chants to help release deep-seated traumas. With a background in fine arts, he has also collaborated with therapists to explore art as a therapeutic tool, uncovering the emotions embedded within creative expressions.

As a QiGong practitioner and drum circle facilitator, Salaf emphasizes the importance of presence and mindfulness, guiding others on their path to healing and self-discovery.

MIZA:

Miza Shaid is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (PDCH) dedicated to helping her clients achieve profound change and liberation within their deepest consciousness, gently and effectively through hypnotherapy. She specializes in guiding individuals to overcome anxiety, despair, and self-doubt ; holistically.

In addition to her expertise in hypnotherapy, Miza is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Sound Bath Practitioner. She combines these practices to create a soothing and powerful symphony of healing that nourishes both mind and body. Miza’s sessions provide a sacred, safe space designed exclusively for transformation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery.

Jocelyn is a dedicated wellness advocate with a multifaceted background. She is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher through Aligned Yoga School. She is also an accredited sound healer and Reiki practitioner. With her extensive experience as a pharmacist, Jocelyn understands both the modern and holistic approaches to health and healing but has always been passionate about wellness. She firmly believes that true well-being is achieved through the nourishment of the body, mind, and soul and ‘prevention is better than cure’, which is why she has been so inspired by the practice of yoga, sound and energy healing as a holistic path to help people heal from the inside out.

Jocelyn’s passion lies in empowering individuals to cultivate greater self-awareness, self-love, and inner harmony. She believes that by connecting deeply with ourselves, we can unlock our full potential and lead more fulfilling lives. Sasha:

In the depths of despair and turmoil, Sasha found her sanctuary in the serene embrace of yoga and the healing resonance of sound.

After 14 years in her dream job with the aviation industry, navigating the skies with two international award winning prestigious airlines, her journey took an unexpected turn when she left all that behind for a marriage that made her return back to Malaysia.

She joined a corporate company for a brief period but behind the façade of success, Sasha's world was unraveling. The strains of a failing marriage intertwined with the relentless demands of her job, cast shadows of anxiety and depression, which eventually led to physical illness and surgery.

This was when she discovered her passion for yoga. It was a lifeline of solace for the recovery of her mind, body and spirit. From the crucible of her suffering, each class became a refuge, a haven where she could shed the layers of trauma that had accumulated in her life.

Through the practice of yoga, Sasha discovered the strength to confront her pain, shedding layers of her past to embrace the healing power of the present moment.

With unwavering determination, Sasha embarked on a journey of self-discovery, immersing herself in the ancient teachings of yoga and the transformative art of sound healing.

Through rigorous training by two highly passionate & knowledgeable Guru's along with profound introspection - she honed her skills by cultivating a deep respect & understanding of her body, mind, and soul.

Gayatri Pillay is fondly known as a Life Architect, Yoga Teacher & Wellness Activator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design. Her journey towards becoming a transformative guide began with her own life experiences, including triumphing over lifelong obesity, overcoming depression & the challenges of an abusive relationship, whilst navigating career shifts, and embracing the power of holistic well-being.

Her passion is deeply rooted in inspiring personal transformation. Leveraging her unique blend of expertise in life experiences, yoga teachings & holistic wellness coaching, she guides her clients across the globe on their path to understanding and loving themselves.

Her approach extends across the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of well-being, providing individuals with a comprehensive toolkit for transformation.

Throughout her journey, she has made an international impact, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and understanding the pulse of wellness internationally. She has also actively contributed to the NGO Pertubuhan Pencegahan Obesiti Kanak-Kanak & Dewasa and closely collaborated with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Youth & Sports on national initiatives addressing fitness and obesity. Anna is your guide to Integrative Yoga, a fusion of Qi Gong, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra. She completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yogshakti and is also a Certified Sound Healer.

Anna has been passionate about sharing her expertise, focusing on helping students connect with their physical bodies, find inner lightness, and cultivate more breath awareness. With over 1200 hours of teaching experience, Anna is ready to lead you on a transformative journey.

Tianna:

Tianna found a deep holistic healing, self-awareness and inner transformation with the practice of yoga and meditation. In 2017 and 2018, Tianna completed her 500hr Yoga Teachers Training Courses certification in Darjeeling and Dharamsala, Himalayan foothills of India. Her focus is igniting the inner knowing, divine light & wisdom within oneself and connecting with our soul’s highest destiny, purpose and true-authentic selves.

Tianna is a fully certified E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher affiliated with Yoga Alliance with over 2000 hours of teaching experience as well as a Holistic Yoga & Transformational Coach, Certified Usui Reiki Master, Certified OSHO Active Meditation Facilitator, Sound Alchemist, Light Language & Energy Healer, Breathwork, Movement & Kirtan Music Facilitator and Singer/Songwriter & Musician. Based in Malaysia and Darjeeling, Himalayas she infuses elements of breathwork, meditation, empowering affirmations, intuitive & embodied movement, chakra alignment, yoga flow, sound healing, universal mantra and kirtan, music, reiki, light language & energy healing in her classes. MINDY:

Mindy is a multifaceted practitioner and advocate in the realm of holistic wellness. She serves as a Sound & Energy Healer and Trainer and Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. She is passionate about Family Constellations as a modality to help heal one’s inherited traumas or past patterns.

Mindy is also a Women's Circle and Retreat facilitator. Her commitment to lifelong learning and healing is unwavering, embodying her dedication to holistic well-being and personal/spiritual development.

In her private sessions, Mindy empowers individuals to illuminate their inner shadows, offering profound insights into the origins of their beliefs, habits, and conditioning. Through this self-awareness, clients make conscious choices to become a better version of themselves and manifest a new reality that aligns with their elevated vibrational state.

HANS:

Hans Baetsen, an internationally seasoned wellness advocate who found his home in Malaysia, draws from a profound personal journey focused on mind-body connection and emotional healing. As a clairsentient, he possesses the unique ability to harness the power of energy to support others.

Hans feels passionately about human connection and stories, and this passion is at the heart of his facilitation. He focuses on opening, connecting to, and finding safety within our hearts. With a deep commitment to mental and emotional well-being, he specializes in conducting workshops and private sessions that explore emotions and vulnerability. His diverse background in various healing modalities and life coaching equips him to guide individuals toward meaningful relationships and personal evolution. His energy is often described as compassionate, loving, and safe.

Certified in reiki and sound healing, he applies these methods to promote holistic wellness, emphasizing the crucial interplay between the mind, body, and energy in achieving overall well-being. Hans also is a certified life coach and has hosted over 100 community workshops.

As a teacher at OhanaJo, Hans leads the weekly "Manifesting Love Circles," hosts periodic "Men Circles," and serves as a one-on-one coach. Here, he provides nurturing spaces for personal evolution and meaningful relationships. With his extensive experience and a dedicated focus on the emotional well-being connection, Hans empowers individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

JOJO STRUYS:

She has been passionate about creating a safe space for people to release what no longer serves them, in order to come into greater self awareness and emotional wellbeing. She is a Certified Sound Healer & Lead Trainer, Accredited Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance USA. She underwent most of her formal yogic training in the Himalayan foothills of Rishikesh, India.

She incorporates various breathing techniques and mindfulness tools in her sessions to cultivate more self awareness and inner calm. She has trained multiple MNC companies on the topic of stress management, relaxation, increasing positivity levels and overall wellbeing as a HRDF Accredited Corporate Trainer.

She completed a foundation course at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and was also the regional TV Presenter for a travel series on Discovery Channel. She hopes to continue to inspire people to journey inward with the necessary mindfulness tools to help them discover their own inner healer.

SAVY:

Savy is a certified sound healer and 200-hour yoga teacher under Meghan Currie in the Exquisite Metamorphosis Teacher Training, 100-hour teacher training under Carlos Romero in the Art of Healing Touch, 100 Hour of Infinite Circularities. She is also one of Ohanajo Studio’s residential facilitators, conducting meditation classes, sound baths and yoga classes on a daily basis.

Savy’s classes and style emphasizes basic principles of yoga and are transformative, powerful, fun and healing. Her expertise in healing include Light Energy Weave, a Mexican Curranderos healing modality with a therapeutic blend of body work, Breathwork and sound healing.

She is deeply passionate about raising levels of higher consciousness, self-love and inner awareness to help individuals heal and restore inner alignment and balance. Savy also helps people access inner stillness through her famous tea mindfulness meditation sessions.

SHERIZA:

Sheriza is a Certified Yoga Teacher with 500HR Yoga Teacher Training and 75HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Reiki and Sound Healing practitioner.

Graduated in 2001 with Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Sheriza's previous working experience includes over 15 years working experience in Public Relations industry - Corporate & Community projects, and 6 years experience as Flight Attendant with Singapore Airlines, before embarking her journey to teach Yoga full time.

Sheriza started her yoga journey in 2013. Yoga holds a special place in her heart and open her perspective in the way she approaches life - finding center when things are hard, following the heart and trusting the inner wisdom, to surrender and feel.

Yoga to her is CONNECTION and medicine for the modern world. Sheriza believes in empowering others to embrace their own best potential and unique self, and give students a deep understanding of their yoga practice.

She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa to Yin Yoga, the active and passive, from dynamic flows, to gentle and restorative practice, all are designed to help cultivate body awareness and mindfulness connection of the mind, body & heart through breathing and movement.

Through yoga, her journey expands to Sound Healing and Reiki, as one of the ways to seek deeper sense of connection with self - mentally, physically & emotionally.

Alex Reyes is a Trauma Release Breathwork Coach. Her inspiring burn story and other relatable adverse childhood experiences such as sexual trauma, emotional neglect and abuse, and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder have led her into the purposeful work of Trauma Awareness and providing accessibility to mental health assistance.

She is known for her transformative and impactful Trauma Release Breathwork group experiences in OhanaJo. With a rich knowledge and strong belief in breathwork and bodywork, she is committed to a lifelong journey of learning different breath & somatic healing techniques. She has been training under Giten Tonkov, Prema McKeever & Nisarga Dobosz in the modality of Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System.

Besides being a Trauma Release Breathwork Facilitator, Alex is also a certified massage therapist, Pranic healer, sound healer & crystal healer.

Whether facilitating a gentle release or guiding intense surrender, she tailors sessions to meet every individual's healing needs. Alex's transformative experiences go beyond therapy; participants embark on a self-discovery journey, embodying their suppressed parts leading to releasing emotions, and building nervous system resiliency. Through engaging Art Therapy Meditation classes and poweful guided visualisations, Lemon facilitates emotional release, greater self awareness and inner wisdom.

Additionally, Lemon offers Certified Tarot Training workshops for those interested to learn how to read the cards themselves, whether it’s for friends or family or a professional path.

ASHLYNN:

Ashlynn Williams is a wife, mom and former corporate professional from Texas, USA. She’s currently based in Kuala Lumpur and is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurveda Educator, Herbalist, Yoga Instructor & Teacher Trainer.

She left her 6 figure corporate job behind to pursue her higher purpose as a Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. With a university degree in Economics, and a second (Master’s) degree in Business Management, Ashlynn started her career with a global company, working in Management positions in Finance and global Supply Chain. She was “successful” by American standards, especially as a minority both in race and gender, and in a male-dominated industry.

It wasn’t until after Ashlynn accepted a promotion a few years later at her corporate job that brought her to Malaysia. As a busy corporate professional with a toddler and a newborn at home, she became overworked and overstressed, having lunch at her desk and working well past midnight most days. She soon started experiencing migraines and extreme fatigue. Deep down, she knew this life was not sustainable.

She took a 12 months sabbatical to return to her personal Yoga practice, explore life as Yoga instructor and to contemplate a different path. Through teaching Yoga and co-hosting an array of wellness workshops during this period, Ashlynn realised this was the work that she wanted to pursue full-time. Trading in her corporate career of 11 years, Ashlynn has found meaning and joy as a Yoga Instructor and Ayurveda Health Practitioner.

Certified with more than 750 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and more than 1800 hours in Ayurveda training she offers private consultations, classes & workshops locally in Kuala Lumpur, and online around the world. She’s a faculty member teaching Ayurveda courses and mentoring students at the Joyful Belly School of Ayurvedic Diet & Digestion in North Carolina, USA. She is passionate about educating and supporting women facing challenges with stress, burnout and physical/mental health imbalances, including digestive issues, nutrition, hormonal health & reproductive issues, so that they can heal and empower themselves to support sustainable changes in their own lives.

AMBER:

Amber is a registered yoga teacher, certified sound healer and Reiki Practitioner.

She obtained her yoga teacher certification in 2016 and is adept in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga. Her classes are focused on connecting breath, movement and alignment for students to safely and steadily deepen their yoga practice. She blends in elements of different yoga styles from her multidisciplinary yoga practice in assisting students to realise their potential and achieve balance in their practice.

Amber has a keen interest in achieving more holistic wellness by expanding beyond yoga, with the art of meditation and mindfulness practice in her daily life. She combines sound and energy healing, especially in 1-1 privates for a more holistic approach to one’s mind body wellbeing.

Amber is passionate in helping students deepen their connection with their inner selves through mind, body, breath and energy with more awareness and grace, allowing them to come home to the innate peace, calm, clarity and abundance within.
