Her journey towards becoming a transformative guide began with her own life experiences, including triumphing over lifelong obesity, overcoming depression & the challenges of an abusive relationship, whilst navigating career shifts, and embracing the power of holistic well-being.
Her passion is deeply rooted in inspiring personal transformation. Leveraging her unique blend of expertise in life experiences, yoga teachings & holistic wellness coaching, she guides her clients across the globe on their path to understanding and loving themselves.

Throughout her journey, she has made an international impact, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and understanding the pulse of wellness internationally. She has also actively contributed to the NGO Pertubuhan Pencegahan Obesiti Kanak-Kanak & Dewasa and closely collaborated with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Youth & Sports on national initiatives addressing fitness and obesity. Her transformative journey generously shared online and through social media, has ignited inspiration in countless individuals to achieve mental, emotional, and physical health & wellness.
Notably, she played a pivotal role in Malaysia's groundbreaking virtual weight-loss campaign in 2020 under the aegis of the Ministry of Health. She was also featured and interviewed in top magazines like Buro and Varnam. In addition to her work in the wellness sphere, she has also collaborated with renown corporate entities and MNC organisations with her passion to spread more awareness on holistic wellness.
